Payment Options
Cash payment is encouraged; we place a 10% fee on zelle, venmo, or cashapp.
Can I extend my Party?
I regret to inform you that extending your party rental time is not possible, as it can disrupt the scheduling of subsequent events. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in supporting our small business.
When will I receive my Damage and Cleaning deposit back?
Your damage and cleaning payment will be refunded within 24hrs of collecting your rental. This timeframe allows us to thoroughly inspect the items to ensure they are in excellent condition.
How early/ soon can I book?
We kindly request that you provide us with at least one week's notice for your party reservation.
Cancelation Policy
As a small business, we are unable to offer deposit refunds for cancellations. We are, however, willing to collaborate with you to reschedule your event, in cases of weather-related challenges when moving the party indoors isn't feasible. We appreciate your consideration of the fact that every booking and cancellation impacts our ability to sustain our business."
